At Zubbly, we want you to love your clever, quirky gear. If something’s not right with your order — such as a misprint, damage, or a quality issue — we’re here to help!

Because Zubbly uses trusted third-party printing partners to fulfill your order, we act as the bridge between you and the supplier. If you experience an issue:

  1. Contact us at contact@zubbly.shop with your order number and clear photos of the item within 14 days of delivery.

  2. We’ll submit the issue to our supplier on your behalf.

  3. If the printing partner confirms the problem, they’ll issue a replacement or refund, and we’ll keep you updated throughout.

📦 Please note:
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (e.g. wrong size, change of mind). Each item is made to order, just for you!
